Hickory replacement shaft

I would think you'd need to get hold of a specialist golf club builder. I may be wrong (not for the first or the last time) but I reckon you'd need to be looking at Scotland as a traditional hickory shaft area. Have you tried google?

Hi
Need replacement shafts for my hickory golfset. Where can I get it in the Uk ? Any toughts?

Here's 2 suggestions for you -

Contact the membership Secretary (Hamish) at the British Golf Collectors Society, tell him where you are and what you are after ie playable or ornamental shafts etc and for what clubs. He may be able to point you in the right direction.

Or, send an email to Chris Homer at Old Links Golf

Good luck

Found shafts for 35£ a piece . Is that ok price?

Context maybe?

I really think this is quite specialist and not usually something this forum can help with. I would go with the above advice and go see a specialist rather than ask us here.

Unless someone else has been and done this before?
