Hi all
First time poster so here goes
I have been trying to find some information on the CONGU website without much success, so thought I would ask the question here.
I am a member of a local club who are telling me that in order to get my handicap I need to score SSS+28. The SSS is 71 so I'm being told I must score 99 to get a handicap. Is this right? I'm not questioning the decision I'm just trying to understand which rule this comes from. The lowest card I have put in is 102 which I would have thought was low enough.
Any thoughts or ideas?
Cheers
