HELP WANTED - Titleist Irons

Hi Medwayjon, I had a round with these irons the other day(wednesday, weather was dull and overcast with a slight breeze)....price wise they are a steal....playability, these are progressive irons, they hit the ball high and the faces are slightly towed in through the entire set...I play off roughly a 25 h/c, but I tend to have a consistent ball strike..I found that the irons have a similar ball flight as my mx19's except that they have a more penertrating flight(mx19 tends to balloon into wind)....the clubs look good at address and the sound is crisp at impact...they seem slightly lighter in weight than mx19's.....gained about 8-10 yards in length depending on the club used....the downside for me is that although I hit them well, I found that most of my shots(if not all) tended to go left...I normally play with a slight fade(2-3 yards)..also found that the short irons( chips and pitches) flew higher than normal and stopped well short of my target....overall I found the clubs less forgiving than my own (mine are designed to be forgiving)... I might add that I am not a titelist fan..but found these ok!!!! so to sum up , if you play with a fade and would like a club to help you straighten up , then these will help...if you are not a consistent ball striker then be warned, these are not very forgiving, having said that, they are good looking clubs and the sound is good when you hit them, for £120 I would give them a go(if you feel confident using them)not the clubs for me though...hope this helps.........

P.S. Just read your other post....hope the clubs work out for you..... :) :) :)

Just by having a set of these puppies in your bag will terrify any opponent before you tee off, put him right off his game through fear and respect.

I have a set of 735CM's and they are great.

For £120 they are a steal, worth buying just to sell on, an easy £80 profit for you if you dont like 'em.
