Help - broken original shaft in mocad max golf trolley

Hi, I'm after some advice. The original shaft snapped on my mocad max electronic golf trolley whilst out playing a round. I have managed to get one half out but the other half is stuck? Anyone else had this and can advise how they got it out. I've taken all the screws out around the nut which looked like the only thing holding it in. Sorry for the long thread
