Hey guys! This is out of bounds so I'd like to get your opinions. I am trying to buy a pair of earbuds as a birthday gift for a runner. I heard that her usual complaint on his current pair is that the earphones won't stay in.

So any recommendations for IEM or headphones that will stay put and is perfect for a Runner? At the moment I am checking this 2 charts right here and I am still undecided:

Any thoughts on these lists? I'd really appreciate any help or advice you can offer. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

no experience with running earphones mate but i'd stick with Bose every time.

You need wireless Bluetooth ones. Bose are good and I have a set of over ear ones but I'm not familiar with the wireless ones they do and they are £140. I've got a set of mPow from Amazon, less than £20 and the sound is great. Really easy to use with the controls in the earpiece. I've done a few 15+ mile runs in them and no complaints.
