HC adjustment for 2015

I just had notification of the HC adjustment for the summer!

I've been reduced from 18.4 to 17.4!!!

I'm not sure of the criteria for doing this but i was consistent last year, won one and had a few top 5,s....

One bad round away from being 18 again! Wil mAke me concentrate from day one though!

sounds like another badly WORDED ANNUAL REVIEW NOTIFICATION!

the cut is from now not the summer surely?

will have been consistant buffer over the season to trigger this on the computer well played.

Same happened to me. Cut was with immediate effect, but not worded so directly. Checked CONGU etc and it doesn't wait until summer/Qualifiers come back on, but takes immediate effect as would any other handicap change (cut/0.1)
