Had a post on here a couple of hours gao before going to my Golf Club for a pint.

What I said was not controversial; quite the opposite in fact but it is no longer on the site. All I asked was whether the video re Royal Ascot seemed to be continually at the top. Whilst this may appeal to the players' who were there it is probably irrelevant for over 90% of members!

What is happening please? Additionally I thouight it was a 'Golf Forum' which is obviously not the case.

Come on GM/ Moderator play the ball please.

Thank you

What about a forum rule to get rid of Mod Bashing...

Ie. A blanket ban on any threads targeted at Mods, any that include mod bashing get deleted.

Anyone who has a problem with a mod decision emails/PM's MikeH or the mods rather than starts a mod bashing thread.

Whilst I wouldn't consider this to be a complete assault on Mods I do think we're getting too many posts about them when it should be as if they aren't here.

it should say

"discuss anything golf related"

but hey ho!

I think as a team bonding exercise GM should arrange a massive GM Open with free beer afterwards......... that'd get the whole forum pulling in the same direction.

3offTheTee the key word is 'DISCUSS' which doesnt include relentless snide comments directed to guys who have contributed to the forum for a good deal of time and whos main objective is to put a stop to rogue traders and numpties promoting their time share properties. Ask anyone who has met 'us'at forum meetings and I am sure they would say we are honest and impartial because it seems to me that the majority of negative comments are coming from people who haven't met or got to know us.
