Just asking as it's been a bloody long time since that guy handled any silverware.
Great Manager apparently though.......

Hard one to call as I dont know who they could get who would do any better

hahaha I do like a good joke but seriously though Wenger is going no where.
There's only two managers out there who are almost certainly better than him - Fergie and Jose.

BAWS, he is pish and how he manages to keep bluffing his way through is beyond me. I seen his interview on the bbc website and he looks thoroughly defeated and bereft of ideas.

Spurs "should have progressed to the top 3"...?!?!?
They were close to being in relegation trouble 2 years ago!!
Thats a gooner's statement if ever i heard one and i have no vested interest in either.
I actually think spurs have done quite well to be 5th this year as expectation is tough to deal with and the champions league on top for the first time.

Come on though, his teams play some wonderfully attractive football that have pundits fawning over how great he is.....can't defend for toffee though and his teams win f##k all but hey that's okay apparently. He is that great a gaffer he hasn't managed to fill vital positions in his team despite the fact that a one eyed frog from the moon could see what positions have been needing strengthened.
Only two better??!!
Have a word with yourself for Christ sake.
RVP not doing too badly on the goal front, Nasri, Fabregas, Theo, and Arshavin all know where the back of the net is too. You don't get the best away record in the league without grinding out results week after week and winning a few ugly ones along the way.
Wenger almost certainly IS thoroughly defeated and I would be worried if he wasn't, he is a born winner and hates losing...but he will be back to fight again.
Schezny is quality should not need another keeper for years to come. Vermaelan has been out all season but is a top quality CB. Agree we could do with a striker and get rid of Bendtner but we did have Vela to do that job until he asked for a transfer in the winter as not getting first team football.
Wenger's time has run, his experiment is a total failure and unless they get a couple of wins in the next four games they could lose out on a Champions League spot.
He is too stubborn to see the error of his ways and no matter what he says he will not buy a centre half, he will not buy a goalkeeper, he will not buy defensive midfielder ..... in short he will not change anything over the summer.
Its time for a change and my vote for the next Arsenal manager is "Pep" Guardiola.
How do you know it's a total failure? If the board set him the objectives of just maintaining Champions League football until the debt is all paid back - then he's met that, while not spending beyond his means.
The criticism of the bloke is beyond a joke at the minute. It's time a lot of the bigger players started taking some of the responsibility on their shoulders.
