Was playing a couple of days ago, with my Powakaddy Freeway electric trolley trundling nicely, when it clomped over a poorly filled drainage line. The jolt just stopped it dead in its tracks. Obviously ones first thought is of a connection having come loose but have checked everything I can see/find and nothing amiss.

Anyone had similar a problem of a trolley dying suddenly (especially a Powakaddy) - or got any suggestions as to cause? Or any suggestions where I might get it checked/repaired?

Lithium battery or standard?
My husband had a similar problem with his Powakaddy. Took it to repair chap and it turned out to be the jolt had caused the lithium battery to reset, and it needed to be recharged to get it going again

Well, b*gger me... Just been downstairs and tried it. And it works !!!

I owe you a g+t.

Ain't this forum great :)
You're very welcome, though I'd refer a white wine!

Apparently this cut out is a safety feature but it's a bit annoying. His has done it twice, just by hitting a tree root. Nothing bar recharging will get it going.
