Seems like the Ernie Els show today, just bizarre considering he is playing shoite.
Els has been playing like a *** for ages,he is finished as a top pro yet the beeb insist on showing him chopping it about.

I can understand they might not follow him all the way round but they haven't shown so much as a putt. Last time I looked he was still making the cut but you would have thought the world number 1 struggling to make the cut might be a big enough story for at least a couple of shots? We've seen plenty of Poulter and he's almost certainly missing the cut.

I was saying that from the perceived from the BBC's point of view, perhaps they thought there would be better out there, or scheduling cameras etc. I dont know, the other two of them are doing quite well.

We've seen just about every shot that Els and Stenson played today, yet almost nothing of the World No.1, Mickelson, Dustin Johnson. I wonder if Woods was world No.1 still whether the Beeb would have ignored him, or would they have shown every shot even if he was as far over par as Els etc.

think els just happended to be playing in the group with fowler and mcillroy, thats why they've showed so much of him imo. they were focusing on the 2 rising stars either side of the atlantic and els just kept getting in the way

Not watched any of it thanks to work but looking forward to getting a damn soaking in the medal in the morning and settling down tomorrow afternoon while HID drys my kit for me to watch it all. Sunday's forecast is pish so might hit the range early and then settle on the sofa with HID sorting out frequent tea and biscuit runs (sod the diabetes for a weekend)
