Has anyone used the Tempo Tour app? Worth it?

I saw this app for your swing tempo based off John Novosel books and the 3:1 ratio etc - https://www.tourtempo.com/golf-training-aids/golf-swing-tempo/tour-tempo-apps/

Its £22? After watching videos on Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDB1xa1KmBc

Does it do anything else? Anyone found it useful? I can't see any similar apps other than general metronome apps but they just seem to be a constant counter, rather than the 1,2-3 for top of backswing / hitting the ball. But £22 seems a lot

I have it as I swing insanely fast and it's really helped my tempo and give me time to turn better. My version (I assume it's the same) has a short game section. I certainly didn't pay anything like that amount. There again I've had it about five years (if not more)
