I wheel barrowed 1 cubic metre of top soil from the road outside my house to the top of my garden last night, which took 2 hours, and only once twisted my ankle on the steps.
Bad news, there's another 2 cubic metres left to do tonight / tomorrow.

I've done psychology courses in the past but never done a specific psychology lesson with any of my students, only as part of a lesson. The player i'm going to work with is very motivated and enthusiastic and we get on very well. Got a good feeling about it....
