I have had my Motocaddy trolley for just over 2 years and it has a 24 month warranty. The axle appears to have snapped, I started having trouble with it yesterday. So I rang customer service up today, ready for a fight when they said its out of warranty, but no. They are getting an engineer to come and look at it and it will be repaired under warranty, even though it has expired, if its found to be a fault.

I still have to see what the engineer says but I am happy at the moment.

Lucky you, this is pretty much how my bad experience of motocaddy and their CS started, hope it gets sorted for you (and that other parts dont continue to break over the next year or two)

Good luck and hope it gets sorted
But my experience of Motocaddy customer services is......well.......unprintable really......!!!
Worst I've ever had the displeasure to deal with

Though I do own S1 trolley I'm really happy with though

Well I am happy to say that the engineer replaced the gear box and axle under warranty today. Sorry to hear others have had problems though.

I've had good experience too, I thought my screen was malfunctioning so they sent me a new one under warranty with simple instructions on how to fit. The screen worked perfectly the next time I used the trolley so didn't fit the replacement. Phoned them up to return the new one and they told me to keep it as a spare, still in the drawer 4 years later !
