Mothers day mmmmmmmm.
We ended up having the G'kids for a sleepover and most of the day whilst daughter went on a night out!!
Speaking to friends relatives and neighbours today it seems we were not alone.
Mothers day = fob kids of on my mother.

I had to help our youngest daughter today by taking our two year old grand daughter and her to the walk in clinic this morning. Luckily she was OK so I was able to join HID and friends for the back nine. I've then cooked lunch and tea and been taken to Aldi after visting MIL
I did get nice cards off daughters though. I miss my Mum

Chellie, i tell my tart its mothers day every day!
Seriously though i don't need a day to be told to treat my auld girl any differently, I love my auld girl more than my tart and always will do, its just another commercialised day to cream money off us.
And Fathers day the same.
