Hi All.
I have a question for any Handicap Experts (new congu system)
*i played a stableford 3 weeks ago and got cut from 5.6 to 5.1
*i played a medal last week , shot 68-5 = 63. The Course was off the forward tees as the stableford. The CSS as per the comp results sheet was a whopping 66 (Par 70, SSS 67), so , in theory i should have got a cut from 5.1 to 4.8.
The club use Howdidido for results, and to my bemusement , i had no cut . I emailed our handicap sec, i have had no response. Spoke to club sec and the response i got was "it's all to do with the computer , it cuts when it wants"
now, while 0.3 may not be a lot to some, but when your in CAT 1, and i'm pushing to get my handicap down, it's really annoyed me. Is what i have been told correct, or is it like Rory's 3 iron, completely duff!
