Handicap percentages poll (help)

Was just wondering & if it has been done before sorry , on a note on our club page a while back our h'cap sec paseed a comment stating less than 10% of our membership is single figures , i was wondering what the single/not single percentage was on the forum . i have no idea how to create a poll on this so if somebody that knows how maybe could , (please) would members be intrested in knowing this even out of curiosity ??

<10% sounds very low. Maybe he meant <10% Cat 1?

At Bearwood Lakes, there are 127 men with playing handicaps of 9 or less out of 590 male members with a handicap. That is about 22% of the mens membership.

Ethan .. yea it surprised me mate , he was commenting on GOY rankings & said the top ten was mainly made up of single figure golfers which is surprising as less than 10% of members are single figure .. not sure how many members are in the place but i thought there would be more ..
