Playing a knockout match play my opponent and I had to abandon the game after 4 holes due to flooding. At the time my handicap was 8 and his 9 and he had made good use of the stroke on hole 3 (stroke index 1). We rearranged a date to finish the match starting at hole 5. However he has since had his handicap cut to 7. So I should now be due a shot from him. Can I claim this on stroke index 2? How do we proceed?
