Just a quick question. I know cat 4 is 21 upwards. But where does it start - 21 exact, or at 20.5 same as for playing h/c ?

Excellent - as that means any expected cuts will 0.4s rather than 0.3s....

To a point. The cuts are taken off sequentially so, if you were at 21.0 and shot 3 under CSS you would get 2 x 0.4 cuts and 1 x 0.3
21.0 - 0.4 = 20.6
20.6 - 0.4 = 20.2
20.2 - 0.3 = 19.9
Hope that makes sense?

YESSS..... HDID has just confirmed that CSS did come up trumps with a fourth "unit" of cut. Am now officially under 20 at 19.9 Ok I know playing h/c is still 20 but 19.9 looks so much nicer than 20.2. Yippee...
