Handicap Calculation question

Hi, quick question (I hope) about handicap calculations. If someone shoots 8 under their handicap and the likely CSS is 2 under the par, what would the likely cut be for someone on 13.2

So the details are as follows:
Par: 68 SSS: 66 (CSS usually matches this)
Handicap 13.2
Gross: 73
Stableford: 44 points

I'm not quite sure where the cut off point is for the different categories etc, so wanted to check.

38 is playing to handicap - 44-38 = -6 for handicapping

13.2 - 12.9 - 12.6 - 12.3 - 12.1 - 11.9 - 11.7
