Nope! Should there be

No local rule as far as I know, but no-one stops to sit down.

Buy what you want then eat it whilst waiting to tee off the 10th, or if it's clear eat and drink walking up the fairway.

I did with a kebab once...walked back down the High street with my stuff after a boozy competition with a kebab balanced on the trolley! No wonder I have such a svelte figure...!

Rules of Golf state quite clearly that play should be continuous, therefore, a Local Rule is unnecessary. We have a reminder to this effect displayed both in the Clubhouse and at the Hut. Unfortunately there are still delays.
