I wanted them to play to traditional lofts as the origional spec for the irons left a 5º gap between 8&9i and I noticed quite a difference in my distance between pw and gap wedge

Club - actual -adjusted to

2mpflihi - 17 - 18
3 - 20 - 21
4 - 23 - 24
5 - 26.5 - 27
6 - 29 - 31
7 - 33 - 35
8 - 37 - 39
9 - 41 - 43
Pw - 45 - 47

Gaps were even throughout the set although the lie angles were all over the place.
Some of them were 1º flat and others were 2.5º flat.

Worth while getting your irons checked if they havent been.

My irons are 2006 cobra cb forged. Not sure if the ever had been checked in the past

My ping i20's are 3 degrees upright my 5 iron was 2 degrees flat. My 50 degree gap wedge was 3 degree's week! That's was straight out the box too

Wow! That's first I've heard of Ping being wildly out! Though maybe folk simply trust them more!

Had similar with a set of Mizunos and it was pointed out that that was quite common - 1 iron (or maybe 2) being a 'rogue' where the others were/are spot on! When adjusted to me, the difference was night and day! So definitely worth doing.I know my swing weights are 2 flavours but I don't seem too sensitive to that - though I do prefer the 2 D8 ones rather than the 'standard' D3/4 ones.

Had mine done the other day and like you had them moved to more traditional loft. The lofts were not bad but but most of the lie angles were the same and obviously as they get shorter through the set so should all be different.

6 -pw increased by 2 deg, what's the trailing edge of the sole like as that has now had 2 deg extra bounce added. What was the original off the shelf spec for that model ?
