Had a blinding round today

Since my health scare my golf had got a little bit ropey to say the least.

Went out today however and shot a net 67, were it not for a silly 11 on the 15th I would have had a great score indeed.

Won the stableford with 39 points.

Everything went well today so really pleased, plus I feel a lot fitter as I come to the end of a round.

By some bizarre coincidence, I also shot a 67 yesterday.
....only played 8 holes mind you.

Any cows ar**s in the vicinity need not fear my shovel!

Well done mate. I'm proud of you not only for the great score (with an 11 - must have been burning it up!) but with the serious lifestyle changes you needed to implement and have done so without and self pity or moaning. Life deals us tough breaks every so often but you have done superbly well with yours - great stuff all round. I'd offer you a beer when we meet up but not good for either of us!!
