H/C calculations

Can anyone explain how the none whole h/c works ie 20.9 against 20.1 opposed to 21 and 20 and how would it affect shot allowance
Thanks

Do you mean in match play purposes ?

Work of full HC as far as im aware - not exact

It's 'Playing Handicap' that is used, as opposed to 'Exact'.

Those guys playing handicaps are 21 and 20 resp, so the lower would give the higher 1 shot in a Match.

Exact -> Playing is rounded up also so 20.5 playing handicap is 21 (as is 21.4),

Yes I play in a friendly comp every Saturday and we play stapleford rules. I do not know if I round it down if it is .5 or lower or round it up if point .6 and above or if that is what I should do at all.
