Grooves

Hi there, welcome to the Forum. If you do a Search, you'll find several threads on this topic. There are definitely two camps on this one ;)

Have a look and see how it has been discussed in previous times.

Yeah, just done a search. Seems to confirm to me that it would be illegal. Thanks

Yeah, but do you know the difference between illegal and unlawful?

Thanks to Google:

From the dictionary, unlawful means:

"1. Not lawful; illegal.
2. Contrary to accepted morality or convention; illicit.
3. Of, relating to, or being a child or children born to unmarried parents."

Illegal means:

"1. Prohibited by law.
2. Prohibited by official rules: an illegal pass in football.
3. Unacceptable to or not performable by a computer: an illegal operation."

So, in summary, "unlawful" refers to something that is more contrary to moral and public law, the law of society, as well as the law of the government. Illegal is more specific in that it refers to something in violation of the law of the government.

Well Unlawful means against the law. Ill eagle is a sick bird.
