Grip Cleaning

I've been using a steam cleaner for both my club heads and grips. Club heads come up like new and even my really worn grips used to come up really well. Cleaned my new grips that have been on for about 4 months for the first time and they came up like new.

This works really well. Soapy water a brush works but steam works better. Really blast the grip.

If cleaning via either method doesn't help then maybe time for new grips.

Just played Adeje, Amarila and golf del sur in Tenerife, a bit of a struggle as I don't play in the winter. Adeje was the best course in my opinion.
just played my fist nine holes at my home club for 22 points! Hope it's a sign of things to come

Must be your clean grips

Only minor variant, I use the green side of one of those sponge / green abrasive pot washer things. May be in the mind but mild abrasive nature seems to give the surface of even well worn grip a bit more life!

Hot soapy water here with a brush from a horsey shop - wooden handle with long plastic hard bristles which works a treat. Think it's a grooming brush for horses.
