Went to charge my Skycaddie SGX the other week and it would not charge up tried both the mains and the laptop still nothing so contacted Skycaddie last Monday to tell them what the problem was they arrange for UPS to pick it up on Tuesday morning, when making the arrangements to pick it I asked what it was going to cost to have a new battery fitted Maria from Skycaddie told me there was no charge, got a email yesterday to say that the SGX
would be delivered this morning, which it did, looks like it’s a refurbished unit.
Just like to say well done to Sykcaddie for great service, wonder how many other companies would replace a unit free of charge after 20 months!!!!!!!!!
Anyway of to the club for 18 holes

They did the exact same for a mate of mine, sounds like a similar issue too. SGX model that wouldn't start up again after he was charging it. It seemed to be almost stuck in charge mode.

Replaced it free of charge with a Refurbished unit.
