This time last week I couldn't get the ball off the ground, my swing was in bad shape, have had 2 lessons and the improvements have been dramatic, getting a lovely straight ball flight sometimes with a nice little fade aswell :) despite this all is not well, got a problem with my left elbow meaning I cant turn my arm more than about 90-100 degrees and my pro says that although he can improve my swing he can't get it much better than it is unless I get my elbow sorted, had an x ray last week and got a letter today saying I have to wait till January to get it sorted! So frustrating and if I have to have an operation that's no golf for a while :( :( :(

Seeing a specialist and if I have to have an operation then I could be out for a while, and would definitely miss the start of the season :( I'm praying it's something a physio can sort out as I don't want to have to stop all sports but until I see the specialist it's hard to tell

To be honest from what you have said getting the op done and risking missing a few months is the logical option if it then gives you more mobility and the pro more to work with in terms of improving your game

If they recommend an op then I'll have it done, but it just depends when as I may have to set it back a bit so that it doesn't ruin my gcse pe grade
