Great customer service by PING

Late last year I hit my first shot of the day down the middle and then heard a rattle from the head of my driver. It was a Ping Anser, about two and a half years old and the weight that screws into the centre rear of the head had gone into the head. I am not one for hitting the club on the ground at any stage through anger, so I could not see why it had happened.

I had a word in the pro shop as I had bought it from my club and they called PING who asked for it to be sent to them as they did not know what had happened either.

They decided that it could not be repaired and they had none on the shelf, so they sent me a new club ( i25 ) with no charge. It seems to me great service
