Graphite Shafts

I'm guessing you mean for irons.

Having just gone back to steel from graphite, I'm not the best person to ask.

I'm not too keen on the feel of regular graphites in irons, I bought a set of stiff and made the wrong decision, according to my pro, who told me to get rid.....

I have a few theories, but personally, I'd stick with steel.

I have a very quick swing and in theory graphite (regular) shouldn't work for me but I get more control and distance with the TM burner in graphite than I did with either the R7's (steel) or X20's (graphite).

Hi

Graphite shafts are well worth considering if you are a pensioner or a lady.

My own club has recently introduced a local rule requiring anyone using graphite shafts to play off the ladys tee's.

This is an excellent rule as it protects the competiton tee's for the able bodied real men.

That is sexist and stupid.

Well I'm only 45 so not a pensioner just yet ( often feel like one on a saturday morning ), so that makes me a lady !! cool, will see if I can get away with playing off the reds this weekend, I need all the help I can get. The only thing that might give it away is the beard, but having just seen the lady captian, I might just get away with that as well!!!
