No, I bought the army ones for a tenner http://www.britishmilitarysurplus.co.uk/shop/trousers/british-army-goretex-trousers-1122244.html but they are essentially the same.
They are so good I bought 2 pairs......one as trousers for golf and one which I cut into shorts for riding my bike. To be honest if they are good enough for the services then they are good enough for me around the golf course.

I'm not sure mate, give them a bell and ask....I bought my army trousers from them on a whim in XL - I'm a 40 inch waist (shhhh no jokes) and they were so good I've since been back and bought several waterproof items from them.

I am a 32" waist and got the small ones- delighted with them- prettybasic but will do nicely- not had them out on the course right enough but look like they will do the job
