I thought we were needing some lightharted topics so will start with these,

I have a friend who get's called "Alaska" as he needs to ask for his girlfriend's permission before he will go for a beer.

Another is called IKEA = "I Know Everything Andy" he likes to think so anyway.

Nicknamed my mates drive JCB because he takes big divots with it. when he tees off we say didnt know your a landscaper!!

In hava an uncle who does nothing but watch telly and smoke so I call him VESUVIUS cos he is covered in ash and has lay dorment for years.

A guy I used to work with on the door was called "Tripod" - No need to explain that one.

Used to call a guy "peanut" cos his head was the size of one.

I call a guy who works for us "mariah" at times cos he is such a diva.

The guy who does our bodywork calls me "big 'un" for obvious reasons. He is a mate though and I call him much worse.

Have just started calling my mate Foxtrot. He addresses the ball and then in the same way as Garcia use to fiddle with his grip, he starts shuffling his feet. On one tee shot last week he moved them 14 times before hitting the ball.

I tried pointing out that once he has set up, any movement will kill his alignment and ball position but he hasn't taken the hint. He plays off 24 and has the potential to go lower if he just stopped doing his best "Strictly" impression.
