Before winter arrives with a vengeance, I want to get the whole bag regripped. Cost is a factor, but I'm not skimping to buy something garbage.

Primarily, they must be good in the wet above all else. It's grim up North you know. Ideally NOT cord and I'd like them 0.600 round which I knows rules out a lot of Lamkin grips.

So, what can you recommend?

If you want the best wet weather performing grips, you have to look at full cord.

I have Tour Velvet BCT full cord grips and they are awesome.

I will only play full cord grips due to sweaty hands and cord gives by far the best moisture management.

Not what you want to hear but imo it's the truth.

Macwets could be an option?

FJ Rain Gloves are on the way gents, so if they make a big impact then maybe it'll give me a wider scope in the grip choice.

The best thing u can do is get a sta dry bag!
I use one, and my stuff stays spot on, I use multi comps but it doesn't really matter. My 3i has a tour velvet on it and no issues.
Just thinking outside the box, but instead of looking something good in wet, why not just keep something good dry?

Which is a fine idea if you can stop the rain going in the top of the bag and then the rain getting onto the grip of your club once it's out of the bag.
A decent pair of rain grip gloves (insert preferred brand here) will work well with most grips I have found.

Anyone got an experience using such as Gorilla Gold Non-Toxic Grip-Enhancing Reusable Towel (many other similar products are I am sure available)

Decided on the new grips for winter...the old ones! Washed them (for the first time) with soapy water and a towel and can feel the difference straight away. Job done and considerably cheaper!

Here is your definitive answer to the OP question. Just been and tried out many different grips at a golf fitting session.

These are genuinely amazing. I don't wear a glove and the stickiness on these is perfect to be able to grip the club lightly but still feel connected with the club. Apparently to make them stickier you just wet them and rub down with a towel. For the eagle eyed among you, it's what Paddy Harrington had on his wedges when he was doing the masterclass at Woburn. Not cheap though, but the fitter reckons they are good for around 4 years of regular playing, so more cost effective in the long run.

You're welcome :-)

I agree with keeping the bag dry I have bought a cover for my bag so much better. And I carry 3 towels so I always have a dry 1
