Golfs Balls

Something middle of the road imo - Srixon AD333's, Wilson PX3's, Titleist NXT's etc.
Don't play really cheap one piece balls, they might go for miles off the tee but you'll get little control with them into greens. The above balls will spin enough but are also long.

You could try the legendary maxfli "noodle". Cheap and really most cheerful...

Apparently also available in grape green colour. Useful for a sport played on grass. :D

Cheap as possible when you start, then it doesn’t matter when you lose them.

Better still get a dog and walk it on a golf course and find some, its what I did.
:p

I can't speak for the Kent contingent, but I suspect there are a few of us on here that could gift you plenty if you're not picky. I can't get rid of them fast enough.
Maybe I should start losing them deliberately?

so i was thinking what are the best golf balls.

the best golf balls are balls I tend not to use.
in no order

Srixon Z-star
Titleist Pro-V
Callaway i.s.
Nike One Tour
Taylor Made penta

Wouldn't the cost of a dog outway the cost of decent balls ;)

Ah, but if you "borrowed" a dog to walk off that nice girl down the road, you'd be on a win-win

I'd rather walk the nice girl from down the road into the rough, now that would be win-win :D

I played a Pinnacle Gold Precision for the first time on Saturday - most consistent I've driven for ages, never had to look for my ball once. Will stop on the green with a well struck iron shot from the fw, though not from a deft wedge chip < 40 yds... I never play those anyway, preferring a 7I chip and run...

Oh, and you get 15 in a box, all for a tenner.

Srixon ad333's at a £1 each take some beating. Plenty on ebay
Agree with that, best balls out there for beginners and also some mid h/c's too for the price. Get some and try and always use the same. It does help.

Thanks Guys, I have just brought some Srixon AD333 off ebay, so now im just waiting for them to arrive then i can try them out when i next play some golf hopefully sometime next week.

Thanks Guys

Great. You won't be disappointed. Just watch them off the putter though....they are feisty compared to other mid-range balls.
