I'll start...

"Three-Blow Job" : a long par 4 out of range in two shots. Muttered by author to elderly lady golfer during tourney in approx 2001.
 
"One For the Farmer" a drive at a golf range that goes over the boundary fence into land owned by a farmer. Also applies to an appalling drive on the golf course (see also: Pink Panther Country)
 
"Pink Panther Country": an area of the golf course off the beaten track where few people have been before. Used to describe the location of a hugely inaccurate tee shot.
 
You'd better play a 'Gerry'
- As in play a provisional ball (Gerry Adams, Provisional IRA)

An Anna Kournikova - looks great, but unlikely to get a result
A Vinnie Jones - nasty kick when you're not expecting it
A Tony Blair - too much spin
A Bin Laden - driven out and never to be found again
A Jamie Oliver - you really want to smack it but you can't
 
In Ireland we have a sonia--an ugly runner-similar to the Sally Gunnell.
The Gerry Adams--a provisional.

Paula Radcliffe-doesn't go as far as it should.
Eva Braun--two shots in the bunker.
