Has anyone got any memorabilia from players, or courses, tournaments and the like. Seen lots being given away recently from various places (signed flags etc) and wondered if anyone has any goodies to share.

there was a recent post with a guy who's been collecting for years, very impressive collection, think its called the scottish golf museum but covers not just Scotland

Start it off myself with this :

I was lucky enough to attend a "wedge clinic" that David Howell presented and after badgering the people running it I managed to secure a signed hat. Good day aswell that resulted in me getting a 20 mins wedge lesson from him and then playing 3 holes in his company too.

Royal St Georges Strokesaver from the Open thanks to GM
Got to hit a few shots with Rorys irons a while back too, didnt get to keep them though
Also have a dropped lipstick belonging to Colin Montgomery, HyperPink I believe.

I have an old Mizuno 3W that was given to my grandad by Faldo, a ryder cup flat cap from kiawah island and my grandad still has a brass plaque that was made for Faldo which has all 4 of his scorecards the year he won the open with 18 straight pars in the final round.

All given to my grandad when he worked for Faldo years ago

Got a 'quiet please' sign from the Open (Sandwich 85). Also got a blade hickory putter (Ballisferry GC) in nice condition with the original grip. It has the year on it which I think is 1908.

Got loads of signed pics from various sources over the years. Also got two signed Westwood shirts so IF he gets that major win it'll add a few £ onto the price once they hit e-bay

As long as they arent sports direct.com Dunlop tops :D

Actually its made by a company called Antigua and has all the dunlop stuffed stitched in. Definitely not a sprts direct original

So they arent actual Dunlop items then, I had guessed as much as most pros will do anything to use what suits them rather than just what they are paid to do, ie Tigers putter etc.

edit: Hang on, Antigua actually make them and Slazenger under license. Perhaps not a bad thing after all, especially at that price.

I have a dozen unused Taylor Made balls with Darren Clarke's logo and number 60 on them (pre-Open, obviously).

I used to collect Tour player putters, but gave it up as too expensive.
