Golfing holiday to Spain in 2010

I'd like to go on a weeks golfing holiday to Spain next year with my son. He'll be 13yrs next June.

Can anyone recommend anywhere? A work colleague has suggested Andalucia.

We do the same.

Villamartin, Las Ramblas, campomoar, La Fincha, La Serena are just a couple I can think of off the top of my head. La Manga is only 20 minutes down the road too.

Las Ramblas is my all time Fav course, great surroundings on most holes.

I'd probably say La Cala if it's golf that you're specifically after.

It has 3 courses, very testing but good for all level of player. Good academy if you fancy a lesson or two whilst you're there. Not much in the way of things to do unless you don't mind a 15 min drive from the hotel.

Would you normally book a golfing package or just flights and hotel and then play on the courses when you got there?
