No, not daydreaming that one day you'll be a scratch player or anything like that. Does anyone ever dream about golf at night?
I have had two dreams this week, one was very entertaining.

In the first I was carrying my bag while sliding the driver back into its divider, only to find there was no head on it. I looked around and the head was lying on the tee box so I picked it up and slotted it back onto the shaft and it was good as new. Nice.

The dream last night was great if a little weird. Me and my playing partner were playing a practice round at Augusta with Tiger and JB Holmes. On the first tee box (long par 4)Holmes hit a drive over the green and into some trees.
Next tee, a par 3 about 200yds, Tiger steps up, takes out a can of white spray paint and paints a line between the two tee markers. He then takes out a remote control and drives a full size jeep onto the tee box, through the tee markers getting paint on the wheels and drives it (remotely) straight to the green leaving white paint train tracks from tee to green. He then sets up square to these and hits a weak hook about 150yds.
My shot, I stick the tee in the ground, take out my hybrid, try to address the ball but cant because I've teed up too close to a hedge that wasn't there before.

Anyone else care to admit too anything as strange?

The bit about the hedge that wasn't there before is familiar, you're trying to play a shot but physically can't, despite moving the teeing position several times, there's always an obstruction to the swing, then you wake up and it's work again....oh crap! :(

Whilst on the subject, can anyone here control there dreams?

I can most of the time, I can decide what i want to do in my dreams and if i wake up I can make myself rejoin that dream where i finished.

Nightmares are the best because i can think to myself "its only a dream" and control it.

Can anyone else do it?

it's called lucid dreaming and no I can't but I wish I could  I have, what my better half calls, an unnatural desire to be fired off in a rocket in a straight line right out of the solar system and just to carry on going

I played with Colin Montgomerie and Ben Hogan at Letham Grange once.

Any time I dream about golf, this exacy same thing happens.
Frustrating as hell. The bloody hedge is only about 2yards behind the tee markers and like Birdieman says, no matter how you move your ball it makes no difference.

I dream about golf all the time, Because I think about it before I go to sleep. Yes I can control my dreams by thinking about what I want to dream of before I go to sleep.

I can also wake my self up using only my body clock and its as reliable as big ben!
