Are there any golfing charities that take clubs . Have got 2 sets in the garage that I could do with getting shot of. They are both by Bayhill (1mens 1 ladies) complete with bags. Cheers

I don't know about golfing charities but most of the charity shops would jump at the chance for some clubs to sell on.

Pick a shop from all sorts of good causes. Probably some local charities too.

WTF do you punt to generate £4k of sales Jon?!

Himself??

Surely that would be 4K in refunds.

As a thought, are there any juniors at your club that might benefit. I know most all have the top of the range and latest gear and most only have to ask mummy and daddy to get it, but there may be a less well off kid who would appreciate them. You know they'd be looked after damn well too.

Otherwise, in your shoes my punt would be a cancer charity as it has/is affecting my life directly. I guess it depends on whether you have any pet charities. The trouble with giving it to a charity shop is they probably won't recognise their true value and you risk them getting sold well under what you might get privately
