This month's GM has a pack of Golfdotz. These are stickers to mark balls. More details here

I currently use a sharpie for marking and looking to buy a tin cup for a while. The Golfdotz look interesting..

While the stickers claim to be transferrable, not sure what would happen if I lose them!! (just me) I would like some florescent ones, wud be useful to spot the ball during a twilight round.

Thoughts gentlemen..

Personally think they are awesome. I'd never be able to draw such a great effect on a ball. Can't complain about them for free! I'd like to get some Welsh flag ones too.

Dunno to be honest..

Some of them look ok but think they need some better designs, may try them out for a giggle if I see something that catches the eye but I like the look of the tin cups better and you can choose to colour each ball differently if you want to then.

When the last issue mentioned the golfdotz I thought it was a great idea when straight on there web page to see what designs they did. I ordered the cat ones from eBay and put them on 6 balls 2 on each ball just above the name have also put one on my putter.i think they look great. The durability isn't great may be a couple hole maximage.jpg

Looks better on the putter than on the ball :D

Wont matter to me if they only last a couple of holes, the way I am playing at present I am lucky to still have the same ball after a couple of holes, last round two out of bounds and a Lake !!!

tsped83 >> Gimmicks and a complete waste of time and effort, in my opinion.
Ethan >>> Binned mine.

Dont want to bin them.. but I think it is far more useful than the TM's cardboard piece from last month.

Now I have to guard it from my 3yr old.. else these might end up on the wall..

Probably wont use mine either , like the idea of putting it on the putter tho , theres a thought .... Leave them in your club for your Juniors or give them to somebody that might like them , binning them is a waste ..

Juniors are very fussy creatures. I offered some decent pick-up balls (8) to a couple of Juniors the other day, they turned their noses up at them!

Won't bother in the future and these "transfers" will be left in the locker room so someone can pick them up and play with them.

There not for me, Sharpie used of a little blue fish is my mark.
