golfbuddy pt4 help!!

Hello, and a Merry Christmas..
I've received a golfbuddy pt4 and find I can't register it online. I go into the site gpsgolfbuddy.com click on the mac link it downloads something into my downloads. I followed the instructions that were in the manual, but when it got to the installation stage the blue icon they mentioned did not show. I am using a Mac Pro..Any suggestions please..

If I can get my WT4 off the missus before my birthday on Tuesday I'll let you know how I fare registering it. I'm on Windows 7 though.

Ok so I've just registered mine after giving the missus the puppy eyes, it was quite easy in the end.
I take it you've downloaded and installed the Course Manager software from their website?
I had to make an account on their website after that then log in with the username/password in Course Manager, I'm not sure how a Mac works but I chose to have a link to the software on my desktop and ran it before I plugged in the WT4 via usb rather than what it says in the manual (software should start once device is connected or something).
It found the device and checked for firmware updates, I updated the UK courses in the next screen and that was it apart from a quick reboot.

Thanks for the replies.. now all sorted. had to go into system preferences, then security and privacy and then unlock and allow "anywhere", Happy New Year all and good golfing.
