Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

I honestly think these guys are comedians! :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

There trade in price they offered me certainly was hilarious! I just emailed them back to tell them that April fools day was last Sunday!

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

i got a quote from them as well and it was something like £100 les than the going rate so just dont bother now

They are crap and your only hope which is impractical for 99% of forummers is to go to thie New Malden HQ and negotiate in person. They offered me a silly online price from my TM Tour Burners and I got another £60 when I took them in. I wouldn't deal with them again unless I could talk face to face with a person there

For most clubs they're awful.
But I just sold them my old nike's ; bought them 6 months ago for 175, and they offered me 165 for them, which ia fine by me !

They are a business, they are in business to make money out of you, they are not your friends, if they dont make money outv of you they go out of business, it really is that simple.

offered them a set of 'hit once' Mizuno MP53's costing over £670, they offered £300:eek: really annoyed me but I suppose they are a business and they have to store them and run a website until someone buys them, plus clubs depreciate as we all know. I sold mine to AG who traded at £450 which was more reasonable but I was buying more clubs from them.
