Hey :)

Maybe its just me or does there seem to be a vast shortage of trousers for shorter men? I've looked on most good golfing websites and there seems to be hardly any trousers if any at all for someone with a 29" waist and 29" leg..... I know its not your common size but we see 40" waist with 30" leg and all sorts of other strange size combos. How can I be expected to adhere to a dress code if they don't even make the clothing to fit lol!?!

Anyone have any ideas??

Thanks,
Doctor P.

I don't ever remember seeing many trousers at all in an odd numbered waist. I don't have much trouble finding 30" waist with 29" leg.

The worst that happens is you get 30"w/31"l and have to turn them up a bit.

I know on ian poulters website they do "unfinished trousers" so you can get them taken up to your required length but the problem is they aint that cheap and some of them are shocking.

I'm only about 5ft7 and i find i can get away with a 32" leg in nike trousers, might be worth checking out?

On ebay ive seen plenty of 30" leg and 30" waist, that should do the trick,if they need taking up,plenty of dry cleaners will do that for under a fiver[whats the worst that could happen, lol] :D :D

At least you can buy trousers that are too long and take them up a bit..... you wanna try getting golf trousers with a 36" leg

Shortage of trousers haha :D

I struggle to find polo shirts for a tall athletic figure :) most golf tops seem to be designed for wee fat guys.

even harder for me. i am 6ft4 and slender not athletic. fitting shirts are mostly very short so they remain neatly tucked into the trousers only for a single golfswing. Long enough shirts look like tents over my chest and the sleeves are almost half down my forearm. They seem to be fitted for rugby players or boxers.

As for trousers i solely use Alberto pants size 102 (equates W34 L36) which fit perfectly

I did notice some 30"/29" Chinos on M&S, they should be ok right??

NO NO NO NO NO NO Chinos are the work of the devil.

They are rank rotten and should never be worn. EVER!!!!
