Quick heads up ... though the website is still up and looks live I wouldn't recommend ordering anything.

I placed order for a GameGolf on 16 Feb and sent query on delivery last week. No reply. Sent another query this morning and got the following back... I'll be off to my credit card company now.

FEBRUARY 2015, AND WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY FURTHER ORDERS /
REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

STEPHEN POWELL AND GORDON JOHNSTON OF HJS RECOVERY HAVE BEEN APPOINTED
JOINT LIQUIDATORS AND WILL BE WRITING TO CREDITORS SHORTLY.

Hmm can't say I'm surprised. I ordered a Cobra Biocell Hybrid off them just before Christmas, price was nearly too good to be true.

After taking my money I got an email saying the club was out of stock. I asked for a refund but had alot of trouble getting my money back. Got my money back about 6 weeks later.

Hope you manage to get it sorted!
 
Sorry to hear this.

I had quite a saga with a bag I ordered last year and started to get a bad feeling about the company then. Fortunately, the bag came through, but I decided not to order anything else from them after that.
 
Only online it seems. The shop will prob revert back to total golf.

So many stories online of them messing up and being a nightmare to deal with.

They blew a golden opportunity.
 
Hindsight as always... they were pushing good offers recently - I had a 'discount' code to get the GG for £136... some way below rest of online suppliers... meaningless now.

1. not a huge amount to have tied up until credit card company section 75 reimburse, and 2. not an item like clubs etc that were perhaps a special order etc.....

Shame as I try to support the local suppliers etc....
 
Another lesson to always use a CREDIT card when ordering online, Debit cards just dont offer you the same protection as you get from a CC. Which in my opinion is wrong, but it is what it is! Hope the OP gets his money back ok!

The guys in the shop are great to deal with, hopefully it doesn't have an effect on them

yep never ever pay with debit, direct line to your own bank account. Credit card one step removed and section 75 protection. Just have to patiently wait return. For 136 quid no immediate rush, if it been lot more say whole new set etc.. Could be bloody annoying.

More immediately where to buy GG... More pressing Q.
