Golf shoes

Tried on a pair of the new Lunars the other week. Very comfy and fairly lightweight. Definitely worth a try.

Mizuno MP in black are my current shoes.

They took maybe three or four rounds to break in properly, but now they are comfy as you like.

Only had them 6 months, but i think they are built to last.

Only set me back about 70 quid from the bay

Others are the Mizuno Stability. VERY, VERY comfortable but prefer the classic looks of the MP.

I have the stability version and agree with what you say. Bought for under fifty quid from snainton golf. Also just ordered a pair of Nike tour premiums from the sports HQ for under fifty pounds. Will report on how they are but at under half price they were too big a bargain to resist.

I'm on my 3rd pair of FJ Contours with Boa lacing. Comfy, solid shoes and the lacing system certainly comes in handy if you have a bad back.

Also got a pair of Ecco Street's. Mega light and comfy but not to be recommended for wet days - I've seen more water resistent sponges...

I've got a couple of pair of FJ contours for the wet. Really comfortable right out the box.

Also have some Addidas Adicross - Good price. Rubbed a bit when I first wore them, but not too bad now.

I have Ecco Streets. Really comfortable. I tend to use these on the range.

And Ecco Biom Hybrid's - My Current shoe of choice :-) Super soft and comfortable, loads of grip from a spikeless shoe.

Oh and a pair of MyJoy Professional Spikeless - Look great, but rubbed a bit when I first got them.

I've had Nike and Sturbert in the past but both rubbed really bad and gave me bad blisters.

Just noticed that Mark Crossfield also wears the Stability.

I got mine of Ebay for about £35.00 plus p&p

I had only bought the MP's a week earlier, but could not resist that price. I think the RRP was around the £120 mark (could be wrong though)

Bought the Nike Lunar control2 about 8 weeks back, they are really light and comfy and give good stability. cheapest at the time was european golf.

I always had FJ's previously but have had a lot of heel trouble in the last couple of years, for me the Nike's fit better around the heel without being tight.

I tried the footjoy sport but ended up going for the ecco bioms
super comfy straight out the box
they're not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for

Just got some Ecco Bioms they are a lovely pair of shoes, they have taken a few rounds to soften up. They do cost a bit so I do hope they last as well as I am told they will.

Had Adidas before and they lasted around 8 months

Big shout for Puma golf shoes, just purchased a pair of Puma Golf Spark Sport 2 Golf Shoes, really comfy straight from the box, and AG knocked money off the price and i didn't even ask.

Puma for me too, have had a pair of Cell Fusion 2s for over 12 months that are heavily used through winter and still in great condition, added some Faas Trak ones for the summer, very light and super comfortable. Would avoid Adidas due to the heel problems far too many people get with their shoes.

i've said this before but you'd be making a big mistake if you buy a pair of shoes without putting tw's 2013's on your feet first. i have had all makes and styles of shoe's and these win by a country mile. after buying them i bought another pair in white too. they'll be cheaper soon as the 2014's are on the horizon

My old FJ sport started leaking in April so I sent them back and got this year's model and worn them straight out of the box and they're like a pair of slippers.

Would definitely recommend them.
