You can get pretty comfortable ones at American Golf or the like for about £30 nowadays. Pop in and try some on. I have a pair of FJ GreenJoys which I now use as a 2nd pair (particularly muddy days). Had them a few years now and they're still fine.

Aldi are selling a pair for £19.99. My 7 year old daughter said she was gonna get me a pair for Christmas but I have told the wife to stop her at all costs.

A couple of boys at my club swear by Aldi's Golf Shoes. One of them is still using the pair he bought 5 years ago and the quality certainly seems decent enough to me.

Looking at the leaflet tells me they are well spec'd. If your on a budget then they may be worth a punt.

I've just bought some Stuburts. Brilliant first time out. Really comfy. £35. They were that good I've got another pair off e bay for £20.

oooo! mate you may regret that purchase, I've just got some greenjoys to replace a very leaky pair of those. Let's hope not.
