Hello,

Looking at buying some new Golf shoes at some point and was wondering if anyone reading has TW13's or Adidas Puremotion golf shoes? TW13's are way more expensive but usually in golf the more you pay the better the product.

Any opinions/feedback will be appreciated! Cheers.

I have tw 2013. I like them thay much I baught them in white too. I've owned adidas and footjoys and these are best imo by far

Good things
Very light
Very comfy
They are made of like a rubber plastic material so megga easy to clean
They still look brand new after 60 rounds
Good grip and cleats dont clog up

BAD THINGS
Imo they look cheep
Only waterproof upto the tongue so if you spend alot of time in long wet grass its wet feet
Not very breathable.

Hope this helps

I have two pairs of the Puremotion, one pair black and one pair white/blue. In fact played in the black pair today!

Great shoes for my feet and their high arches and my current favourite golf shoes. Never had an issue with grip or stability. No sore feet and no break in was required on both pairs. Played in heavy rain and feet were dry.

The white pair do get a bit dirty but either a baby wipe or a cold wash in the machine brings them back to thir former glory.

I have TW2013 in white. Great shoe, very comfy and very waterproof from my experience. I think Hovis must spend too much time in the heavy rough ;)

Only slight issue is that they don't stay white for long if the course is slightly wet. But then again which white shoes do? But they clean up easily afterwards.

Thanks for that, if I get some I don't plan of being in long wet grass so much! haha.
Not very breathable isn't much of a problem seeing as in England the weather is pretty much rain most of the time anyway, not enough hot weather for your feet to sweat! haha.

Yeh when Adidas released them they definitely look a really smart option for what they are, what's the feel like in them? does it genuinely have a barefoot feel?

Excellent, cheers mate. I was thinking of getting Black anyway if so! haha. They definitely sound the part, as well as they look great in my opinion!

I prefer low profile, flexible shoes hence my love of adidas. Don't like the Herman Munster platforms and rigid heavy soles that some shoes have.

If you have worn low profile running shoes like the Vibram Five Fingers, New Balance Miinimus, Nike Free 2.0 etc then the feel is similar

They also have a wider toe box as I know some complain that adidas shoes can be too narrow.

You can also get them in blue in the US and there was a very limited run in brown.

There was due to be a Tour Version with leather uppers but they seem to have vanished off the radar.

I will admit they do like just like a training or baseball shoe. Which is not a problem for me, but some bluff old traditionalists may not approve.

I've always been a fan of both Adidas and Nike products. I currently wear Adidas for golf and I've never had a single problem with them, probably a comfier shoe than the stuff I wear day to day! Best bet is to go and try some on and see which fit your feet best!
