Golf resorts with cottages or apartments

Looking to go away soon on a weekend trip with my wife and another couple , we going to play golf and the ladies get to relax in a spa or swimming pool , have had a look at Dartmouth , any ideas on other venues , thanks ....................EYG

Only places I can think where theyve actually had cabins/cottages on site at the golf course are Marriott St Pierre in Chepstow and at De Vere Belton Woods, both have spas too, not sure whether they would fit the bill though.

You may be better choosing your golf courses then finding the cottages and spas separately?

Cottages and spa at Belton Woods are really nice. Courses are not my favourites though

Dartmouth is good. Look at Cumberwell park Bradford on Avon, Trevose near Padstow and St Mellion near Plymouth.

I just googled golf with lodges, 1st up was Woodbury park, nice venue with lodges and swimming pool etc.

Like fundy says choose your golf first then look nearby for the lodges, at woodhall we have bainland park and tattershall lakes both nearby with lodges etc but both have a crappy little 9 hole course on site, not many have a decent 18 hole course.

The Devere outside Blackpool do weekend deals, course is not too bad, and hotel has spay etc, and Blackpool if you wish.
