Changing irons to try and find something more forgiving as my back is giving me a bit of grief at moment. I am 47 anyway and play off 20 ish so can't imagine its going to get a whole lot better. Looking at graphite irons and Benross Max 10 range in particular as my budget is tight! Anyone use this range and have any feedback? Cant trial them as the shops only stock HTX range now. any advice welcome

I am about to e bay a set of Callaway Big Bertha irons with firm flex graphite shafts, whilst old they are in good condition and might suit if your on a tight budget.

Benross are made in the same factory as callaway - or so I'm told and having had a go on them they do remind me of Callies in the looks department. My brother uses the Speed 10 range for hybrids and irons and I must say they do hold their own.
