Dawlish Warren's an ok course. What days are are you down here? I could get you a twilight at East Devon depending on dates. (I'm over in Ireland from the 19th - 25th) PM me if interested.

Can't remember how close to Dawlish it is but I enjoyed playing at Churston a couple of years ago.

Saunton might be a bit far for you , it's just the otherside of Barnstaple . 2 great courses and one of my favourites .

East Devon is your best choice. Also heard good things about Teignmouth. Dawlish is something different as well, almost linksy in places. Terrifying first tee though, hook it your in the club house, slice it your in the car park....PRESSURE

Teignmouth, Dainton, Stover to name but a few, your spoilt for choice. You need to remember that close in miles is not close in time when your down here in Devon, East Devon although a cracker means you have to go back Exeter way to get over the estuary.
If you play Dawlish you'll find it quirky with fairways very different from anything you've played off before I suspect.

Nothing for a year or two but the council seem to think the road needs sorting so the 1st and a couple of holes that side are going.
