Golf lessons

Hi guys new to the forum. I have recently started playing golf again after 6 years, never to any great standard! I can only afford a couple of lessons can't afford this regularly is this going to help me or is x2 1hr lessons just not enough?!

My mate keeps reminding me that whilst lessons are well and good it does take time for it to bed in and become second nature so 2 lessons now might take a year until the light bulb moment clicks

How much are 2 x 1 hour? I would look for say 5 x 30 minute and see what the price difference is/ If you can get a series of lessons, you can cover a few of the basics as a refresher and then a couple to work on specifics like driving, pitching etc. Most pros will do a block of lessons and I think (depending on how tight the budget really is) that the extra cost will be too prohibitive

Also look into group lessons.

30 mins are fine once your up and running, about every 4-6 weeks.

At my place 6 30 min lessons are £120. Enough to last me a whole year.
